These terms apply to every order for AK Exterior Biocide DDAC 50% placed with AK Exterior Supplies, a trading name of AK Exterior Cleaning, 5 Settlers Fields, Kettering, NN15 6GP.
1. Professional use only
The product is a professional-use biocide. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over, that you are buying it for professional use by trained users, and that it will be used in Great Britain. We may refuse any order that does not meet these conditions. We do not sell to the general public.
2. Orders
Sending the order form, or ordering by phone or message, is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order, including the total and delivery cost.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling, include VAT and exclude delivery. Payment is taken before dispatch.
4. Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection are set out on our delivery and returns page. Delivery dates are estimates. The product is your responsibility from the time it is delivered or collected.
5. Using the product
You are responsible for using, storing and disposing of the product in line with its label and safety data sheet, and in line with the law that applies to professional biocides, including the training and competence it requires. Results depend on the surface, the conditions and how the product is applied, and dilution and coverage figures on this website are guidelines only.
6. Problems and returns
If the product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us as set out on the delivery and returns page and we will replace it or refund you.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or losses caused by use of the product other than as its label directs.

9. Law
