Our Story
AK Exterior Cleaning began as a dedicated exterior cleaning service, taking on some of the most stubborn biological growth there is on roofs, render and driveways around Kettering and Northamptonshire.
Over years of hands-on work we tested a lot of professional biocides. Plenty of them worked, but we kept needing a higher concentration to get the long-lasting results our customers expected, especially on heavily contaminated, porous surfaces.
Rather than keep working around the limits of what was on the market, we put what we had learned into our own product: AK Exterior Biocide DDAC 50%.

Why We Made a 50% Biocide
We built the product we always wanted in our own vans.
Maximum strength
At 50% DDAC it gives you the flexibility to mix exactly the strength each job needs.
Professional grade
Strictly for trade use, for exterior cleaners who need results they can stand behind.
Cost effective
A higher concentration means a lower cost per litre of mix and fewer plastic drums.
Still Used on Our Own Jobs
We do not just sell it. It goes on the roofs, render and driveways we clean for our own customers.
